Delivery and Returns

When you order Unlimited Ride MetroCards, Pay-Per-Ride MetroCards, JFK AirTrain tickets and/or PATH tickets on the following terms and conditions apply. These terms and conditions are also applicable when the above tickets are purchased in a combination package with a product or attraction voucher.

Note: these terms and conditions are only applicable to orders of the aforementioned transportation tickets and combination packages. The terms and conditions do not apply to the purchase of any other products or services on this site. You can read the appropriate terms and conditions for other goods or services purchased here.

Delivery times

If purchased on business days, before 12:00 (GMT), orders will be shipped the same day. The expected delivery time is about 5-10 business days (weekends and/or public holidays excluded).

Where can my order be shipped to?

You can have your order delivered to any address within the UK.

Delivery costs

The MetroCards will be sent via registered post, shipping costs are £12.

Returns procedure and right to a refund

You have the right to return the MetroCard(s) in the unopened packaging, with no explanation, up to 14 (fourteen) days after purchase. In the case of a return within this time and condition, you will be refunded the total cost, including any delivery charges paid. You are liable for the postage costs of the aforementioned return. In the case of the return of a partial order, you will receive a refund for the value of the goods that have been returned and in this case, the delivery charges will not be refunded.

If you want to return the MetroCard(s) after the 14-day window, contact me first.

Have you selected a combination package with a MetroCard plus attraction ticket or discount pass? Unfortunately, the attraction tickets and discount passes from these packages cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Please note that for discount passes our suppliers may make changes to which attractions are (not) included or to other product details. The information on the third-party website has to be regarded as accurate. Please consult the websites for the New York Pass, the Explorer Pass or the Sightseeing Flex Pass prior to leaving for your trip for up to date information. There is no refund or compensation possible for any remaining attractions you didn’t use on the pass after you have purchased it.
