Buy your OMNY MetroCards before going to New York! The subway is the most popular means of transportation among New Yorkers and visitors. Do you want to be well-prepared for your trip? Then order an OMNY New York subway pass (MetroCard) now before you go via NewYork.co.uk.

The iconic yellow MetroCard has been replaced by the OMNY card. With the preloaded OMNY pass, you can travel unlimited for 7 days on the subway and buses.

New York OMNY MetroCards

The OMNY MetroCards are valid for all local buses and all subway lines in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island City, Staten Island, and The Bronx. Read on for the different types of ticket options and how to order them online in combination with one of New York’s top attractions.

7-Day OMNY card

If you choose the 7-Day OMNY card, you may ride the New York subway and all local buses unlimited times during 7 consecutive calendar days. Each person needs their own OMNY card; the card cannot be shared. The validity period starts from the first time you use the metro card.

• If you buy your Unlimited OMNY MetroCards today, then they are valid until 31-12-2026.

Pay-Per-Ride OMNY card

Would you prefer to pay per trip? Then choose the Pay-Per-Ride OMNY card. With this card, you can take individual subway and/or bus rides. The number of rides depends on the card you purchase and is always indicated in the product listing.

The Pay-Per-Ride card can be used up to four times in a row. You can easily pass the card between people. For example, if you are travelling with another person, you can use the card one after the other, using up two rides in total.

Once you’ve used all the rides on the card and your balance is low, you can top up the OMNY card at any subway station.

JFK AirTrain ticket

When travelling to or from JFK Airport, you will use the JFK AirTrain. The fare is $8.75. It’s possible to pay for the JFK AirTrain with an OMNY card, but the required amount must be loaded onto the card. You can order your JFK AirTrain ticket before your departure. One ticket is valid for a single journey.

If you order JFK AirTrain tickets together with an OMNY card, the AirTrain tickets will be loaded onto the OMNY card.

Shipping and Terms

If purchased on business days, before 12:00 (GMT), orders will be shipped the same day. The expected delivery time is about 5-10 business days (weekends and/or public holidays excluded).

You can have your order delivered to any address within the UK.
The MetroCards will be sent via registered post, shipping costs are £12.

You have the right to return the OMNY metrocard(s) up to 14 (fourteen) days after purchase. You will be refunded the full cost, including postage. If you want to return the card(s) after the 14-day window, contact me first.

Have you chosen a package with a discount pass? Then the discount pass is non-refundable.

The New York Pass and Explorer Pass are valid for a minimum of 180 days from the date specified at checkout. These discount passes are provided as a PDF and may be printed or shown on a phone at tours and attractions. Tours and attractions in the discount passes are subject to change or have limited or no availability due to seasonal influences or other measures.

If you are purchasing a discount pass for children (3-12 years), you can place an order and email me within 5 minutes after the payment. The price difference with an adult pass will then be refunded directly to you.

The MTA is implementing a new system, OMNY, but the yellow MetroCards will still work at least until June 2026.
