Royalton Park Avenue Hotel’s swimming pool is located right underneath the Empire State Building! The pool is partly outdoor and partly indoor, making it a nice place all year round. There’s also a rooftop bar where you can enjoy a drink right next to the pool.

ModernHaus SoHo

Dip in the rooftop pool at ModernHaus SoHo. At their rooftop lounge, called JIMMY, you can find a small pool that is ideal to cool down on a warm Summer day. From here, you have views over Lower Manhattan and can have a drink at the bar. During the week, you can use the pool until 16:00; on weekends, it closes earlier after it is used for pool parties.
