Shake Shack in New York
Shake Shack in New York is one of my favourite fast-food chains in the city and, as far as I’m concerned, one of the best places in the Big Apple for a good burger. Shake Shack is an American fast-food chain with restaurants across the country, and now even branches all over the world. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite to eat whilst sightseeing or want to enjoy a leisurely lunch in the park, Shake Shack is always a good choice.

Shake Shack started out as a single kiosk in Madison Square Park. Since then, they have significantly expanded both their number of locations and their menu.
The hamburger chain is best known for its creamy milkshakes, and the ShackBurger and Crinkle Cut Fries are also popular. As far as I’m concerned, Shake Shack definitely belongs in the top 10 of New York’s best burgers.
Vegetarian meals at Shake Shack
Although Shake Shack originally catered mainly to meat-lovers, there are now a number of vegetarian options on the menu. The Shroom Burger, a breaded portobello mushroom stuffed with melted cheese, is particularly popular.

Shake Shack locations in NYC
You can find a Shake Shack in Grand Central, on the lower level of the station. There’s also one in DUMBO, practically right under the Brooklyn Bridge.
Of course, you have the Shake Shack in Madison Square Park, where it all began. This is my favourite location: I love sitting on the green chairs, enjoying both the park and the burgers.
