Westfield World Trade Center Shopping Mall in New York

Westfield World Trade Center in New York is Manhattan’s largest shopping centre. For those who want to do some serious shopping in New York, this is a great place to visit. Located in the Financial District, between the buildings of the new World Trade Center. Also, the huge public transport interchange, the World Trade Center Transportation Hub is located there, with the famous white construction, the Oculus as its landmark. The shopping mall is almost 365,000 square feet and is home to around 60 shops. A true shopaholics’ paradise!

Shops in Westfield World Trade Center

Many major retail chains are represented in this mall, including an Apple Store and many clothing shops such as Banana Republic, H&M, and Hugo Boss. For those looking to add to their cosmetics collection in New York, there are Sephora and a branch of Duane Reade by Walgreens. If you like to do some more affordable shopping head to Empire Outlets nearby, where you can find designer pieces for outlet prices.

Food and drink whilst shopping

With all that shopping you are sure to work up an appetite. Not a problem at Westfield World Trade Center, there is a range of food and drink options. Of course, Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts have a branch in this real American Mall. Craving a healthy drink? Head to Joe & the Juice for a fresh juice or smoothie. You don’t even need to leave the mall for one of my favourite burgers, there’s a Shake Shack in the Fulton Center Towers. Do not know what to get? Head to the Gansevoort Liberty Market for a variety of options. Are you heading to a Broadway show after all the shopping? Grab a pre-show dinner at one of Eataly’s five restaurants: this Italian market has opened its second establishment in the mall.
